Where did the Heat Lab Start
Danial Petrie
It started in 2001, Danial was hired at Finishline, the dopest shoe store around. "I remember walking into the stock room for the first time, opening a pair of J's and grabbing the shoe out, putting my nose into the shoe and smelling that brand new sneaker smell. The love for sneaker collecting began then, but the love for sneakers began when the BRED 11s dropped when I was in elementary school, and then the Concords, then the Flu Games." Currently Danial has over 750 pairs of sneakers. He and his 16 year old son Brayden share that interest, together. Danial wanted to teach Brayden how to operate a business and knew that sneakers was one of Brayden's biggest interests and hobbies. Then insert The Heat Lab. Brayden Petrie
16 year old, 6'4 Guard/Forward from Rockford Illinois. That is how the starting line up sounds, but the co-owner of the Heat Lab has a true passion for kicks. Brayden fell in love with sneakers when he saw his dad Rocking some of the most exclusive and retro'd kicks while coaching for the last 16 years.
Brayden loves the game and thinks that sneakers do one really positive thing, brings people together with the art and enjoyment. Brayden believes that treating customers right and helping put sneakers in peoples hands is a great feeling.
